At Allure Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flooring doesn't perfectly match your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, boxed materials in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare Your Shipment
Ensure all flooring planks are in their original, unopened boxes and securely palletized or packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Transportation
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a service with tracking and insurance for your protection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
